Fees


An initial discussion or meeting enabling us to assess the advice and service you require, and giving you the opportunity of assessing whether we are suitable for you, is normally completely free of charge.

Once we know specifically, the service you need or prefer eg. Project Based, Financial Planning or Wealth Management, we can set out exactly what our charges will be both initially, and on an ongoing basis (if appropriate).

Armed with this knowledge, we can also then agree whether our charges should be met by any commissions generated by arranging financial transactions on your behalf, or by fees payable directly by you or your business.

We don't believe that there is much difference between fees or commissions - whichever method you choose, you're paying - it's just a question of whether you prefer paying from the value of assets invested (commission), or from other capital or income (fees).

As commission payments are exempt from VAT, this method of paying can sometimes be a way of reducing the overall cost to you.

Whichever service level or fee structure agreed upon, you can be secure in the knowledge that we will never carry out any chargeable work without your express agreement ie there will be no surprises or unexpected costs.
